Chablis Made from 100% selected Chardonnay grapes, this is a rich and elegant wine with a full palate, and a crisp dry finish. Lovely layers of ripe apple, and lemon and lime fruit character. Served well chilled. Plenty of character to be enjoyed on its own, but The classic partner to seafood and white meat dishes.

Maison André Goichot, founded in 1947, has always been reknown for their selection of Burgundy wines. These wines, mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, show all the characteristics of wines from the Burgundy region.

Andre Goichot Saint Bris Maison (75 cl), €12.00

In northern Burgundy, near Auxerre, there is a vineyard of around 100 ha planted with Sauvignon grapes. Saint-Bris is the only appellation in Burgundy with this grape variety, which produces an aromatic wine with notes of grapefruit and citrus, and flinty notes on the palate. A perfect match for fish and shellfish, as well as fresh cheeses.

Macon Lugny Andre Goichot (75 cl), €18.99

Lovely soft light style of Chardonnay with apple blossom and white stone fruits on dry but not too sharp finish. Should be served well chilled. This is an ideal aperitif. It also makes a great match for fish and seafood dishes as well as goat's cheese.
