Costa Mediana Every wine grower knows that the most balanced grapes come from the "middle of the hill". Costa Mediana (middle hill in English) represents this native knowledge which is the result of a sincere devotion to the most precious element we have: the earth! Amarone This wine is obtained through a particular technique which is peculiar to Valpolicella area. Deep purple red, ripe fruits and luscious nose, full body, highly alcoholic yet so round to remind a certain natural sweetness. Amarone matches perfectly grilled red meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.

Il Capolavoro Appassimento (75 cl), €10.00

Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

Masi Campofiorin (75 cl), €15.00

This logo countersigns Masi's expertise in the XXI century in enhancing aromas and tastes using also lightly semi-dried grapes (leggero Appassimento). The original Masi wine made since 1964 using local Veronese grapes and produced with a technique developed by the Masi Technical Group. Rich, intense, with good length and soft tannins.

Sartori di Verona Valpolicella Ripasso (75 cl), €13.00

Produced following the "ripasso" vinification process, the wine is left on pomace, imparting its spicy aroma and full body.
