The man on our bottle, St Kevin, stood apart, and this whiskey does the same. A quintessentially Irish style of whiskey, pot still, it is first matured in an American oak, ex-bourbon cask. It is then further matured in an Irish oak cask made from trees felled in the Wicklow Mountains.
