Il Capolavoro Appassimento Vino Rosso has been produced by using the traditional "Appassimento" method. Appassimento meaning "drying process". The wine has an intense, deep ruby red colour with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is full of body, very intense, & spicy yet smooth and full of flavours.

Aglianico is a black grape grown in the southern regions of Italy, mostly Basilicata and Campania. It produces a full-bodied wine with firm tannins and high-acidity giving it good aging potential. This Aglianico is a dark, deep ruby red with enjoyable cherry and red berries fragrance followed by a marked vanilla and spicy note. A soft, pleasant mouth feel with nuances of cherry, plum and spice. Pairs beautifully with all roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
