The wine is vibrant and fresh with aromas of gooseberry and lime and just like my board on the swell the flavours of grapefruit and lime zip and skim across the palate. This Sauvignon Blanc has a straw yellow colour; it presents aromas of ripened citric fruit and herbs. In the mouth its body and freshness stand out. Although it is a dry wine, it gives a sweet feeling in mouth. Ideal temperature: 9 - 13°C

Soft golden colour with light greenish hues. On the nose, it offers floral aromas with delicate notes of citrus and herbs. Very refreshing, with a balanced acidity.

Aresti Estate Selection Chardonnay (75 cl), €7.00

A Chardonnay straw in colour with green lights; it features aromas of sweet fruits such as pears, melon and cucumber, that after a while are also felt in mouth. It's a medium-bodied wine with a wonderfully long finish. Best served as an aperitif or with salad, pasta, seafood or chicken dishes. Ideal temperature: 9 - 13°C

Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity, harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Rio Alto is a celebration of the Aconcagua river, the source of life and nourishment for our vines. Its crystal waters flow down to our property where sunlight and clean mountain air help ripen our grapes to perfection. Fermented in stainless steel and polished with a touch of french oak. This wine has citric and tropical fruit aromas and toasted flavors that linger on through the finish.

Aresti Trisquel Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.00

This wine is characteristic of its variety because of its intense aromas of asparagus, peas combined with herbal undertones. The palate is fresh and firm with a crisp acidity, leading to a lingering aftertaste. This is a perfectly balanced wine.

Diablo Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €14.00

This sauvignon blanc has a pale yellow colour and surprises from the outset start with its freshness and delicate touches of white peach. In the mouth, the freshness is noticeable from the first instant, but after a few seconds enveloping sweet and creamy notes appear, delivering a long and pleasant finish. It is a versatile wine, ideal for accompanying fresh and grilled fish, shellfish and different types of cheese.

McKenna Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €9.00

This wine has a pale colour with green overtones. On the nose it delivers ripe citrus aromas and the palate is dry and crisp with zesty fruits. It is perfect as an aperitif or with salads, fish and seafood.

Medalla Real Reserva Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.50

Medalla Real was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real Francisco García de Huidobro, who established the Chile's first mint and an ancestor of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita. To commemorate the bicentennial of this event. a special medallion was minted that bears his silhouette and the symbol of the Royal Spanish Crown.
