Aresti Mystique Mystery Two Reserva Carignan (75 cl), €14.99
Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Medalla Real was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real Francisco GarcÃa de Huidobro, who established the Chile´s first mint and an ancestor of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita.
