It acts like a coffee creamer without separating, so you can keep your coffee as plant-based as nature intended. No dairy, no soy and no storing at room temperature. Keep coffee plant-based! We use an acidity regulator to have our Barista Edition oat drink work perfectly with coffee or your favorite hot drink, but you can be sure that there is nothing in this product that isn’t absolutely necessary and absolutely approved for consumption. We also thought you might appreciate that we put the same vitamins (D2, riboflavin, B12) and minerals (calcium, iodine) in our Barista products as in our other oat drinks.
