Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from late harvest grapes which have a naturally higher sugar content & a stronger bouquet. Only the best varieties of grape are used. The grapes are soft pressed & the juice is slowly concentrated. It is then mellowed by slow acetification and matured in barrels made from various woods; Chestnut, Oak & Mulberry. The result is a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with unique characteristics. Dark brown & dense, highly aromatic & possessing a sweet & sour flavour.Product Detail
