Preparation & Usage

How to Use Soften the marzipan and roll out on a board dusted with icing sugar. Brush the cake with heated apricot jam and apply the marzipan, gently easing it onto the cake. Leave over night to set. This packet contains sufficient marzipan to cover the top of a 20cm/8 inch round or 18cm/7 inch square cake.

Storage Guidelines
