Ingredients
5 large Bramley apples peeled, cored and sliced into wedges
100g SuperValu Signature Tastes salted caramel sauce, or any other caramel sauce
Pinch cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
300g plain white flour
150g butter, cubed
100g soft light brown sugar
100g rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch salt

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
- Place the apples in a pan and stir in the caramel sauce and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Cook the apples over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly until just soft. Stir through the vanilla, then tip into an ovenproof dish.
- For the crumble, rub the flour and butter together until it resembles breadcrumbs, then stir in the sugar, oats, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the crumble mixture to the top of the apples, trying not to press down too much so the crumble remains light.
- Place the crumble into the oven for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned on top and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving with custard.
