Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles rising to form a lasting crown; intensely fruity, on the palate it is classic Cava - fresh, well balance, with a very pleasant biscuity aftertaste.

Our vines grow alongside these drawings to create this blend of 90% Carmenere, 5 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah, a rich and silky wine that delivers an attractive nose with dark berries, pepper and forest scents. This rich, soft and juicy Cabernet Syrah comes from selected vineyards in the Languedoc region of southern France. It has lovely aromas of raspberries with liquorice hints, and is concentrated and full-bodied with a long and supple vanilla finish due to its maturation in French oak barrels.

La Maldita Rioja Garnacha (75 cl), €10.00

Traditionally, Garnacha has been the 2nd most planted grape variety throughout Rioja. The difficulty associated with producing high-quality Garnacha in Rioja has left locals referring to the grape as La Maldita (little cursed one). Due to low yields and a lack of profitability, a majority of growers have chosen to uproot their vineyards and to re-plant them with less demanding varietals. This wine aims to celebrate that heritage, and prove outstanding Garnacha can be made in Rioja. These grapes are sourced from old-vine, high altitude vineyards planted on pure gravel soils.

Through the meticulous selection of grapes, combined with our winemakers experience, we are able to create one of Saget La Perrière's Banner Wines, La Petite Perrière.

Medalla Real was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real Francisco García de Huidobro, who established the Chile's first mint and an ancestor of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita. The Reserve Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Note: The bouquet leads with rich dark fruits, followed by savory and roasted coffee. It has velvety tannins and its excellent balance between tannins, acidity and fruitiness shows finesse. This full-bodied wine finishes with lingering dark chocolate and savory flavors. 100% Matured in New French Oak 225litre barrels for 72 months. Niel Joubert Reserve Chenin Blanc (75 cl), €12.00

Winemaking After de-stalking and crushing, the juice was allowed to settle and then transferred to new 400L French oak barrels for primary- and malolactic fermentation. The wine was left in barrel on the fine lees for 16 months (with regular batonage to enhance the mouthfeel) after which it was racked and returned to barrel for a further 12 months barrel ageing. Tasting Notes Expressive aromas of yellow apple, quince, kumquat, dried pineapple, and a touch of oak spice. The palate has an excellent balance of fruit and oak, with bright acidity adding freshness and backbone. The wine has a creamy, rounded mouthfeel and a satisfying finish with yellow citrus and stone fruit flavours. A complex, food-friendly wine that will facilitate further bottle ageing for 5-6 years from vintage.
