Preparation & Usage
To prepare: Lightly knead the marzipan until pliable, roll out to the size of the cake on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Spread a thin layer of warmed jam over the top of the cake. Place the marzipan in position and trim off any surplus. Allow to dry for 1-3 days before covering with icing.
