The Perfect Coffee This medium roasted 100% arabica blend tastes best as a 25ml shot. Not sure if your machine dispenses 25ml shots? no problem, you can recalibrate your machine to a recipe that suits you. How? Place a cup on a digital scale, reset the scale to zero and insert a capsule into the machine. Press and hold the short or medium button. Release once the shot weighs 25ml. This overrides the machine settings so this button will now serve 25ml shots every time you use it. You can recalibrate it to another recipe at any time. Size of cup (ml) 25ml Ristretto 40ml Espresso 110ml Lungo
