Dumplings, also known as Gyoza, are one of the most popular dishes in China and my grandparents taught me their special dumpling recipes which have been in the family for generations. So I was very proud when they trusted me to cook these delicious dumplings for them. Dumplings are a sharing dish and this is why I am delighted to be able to share these special recipes with you.
