This bright red Cabernet maintains the luminosity and fruity aromas that characterize its origin. Cherry and smoke aromas come together nicely, lingering to a harmonious finish.

Carmen Insigne Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.00

Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Bright ruby colour with intense aromas of red and black fruits. Cherries, blackberries and plums are present with a slight touch of spices and a lingering fruit finish.

Aresti Estate Selection Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.00

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a brilliant and intense cherry color, with sweet aromas reminiscent of red fruits and touches of vanilla. It has good body and its flavor is balanced and tasty. Best served with fish or pasta dishes. Ideal temperature: 14 - 18°C

This Merlot has a deep red color with intense aromas of fresh fruits, such as raspberry and touches of vanilla. It's a medium-bodied wine, sweet tannins in mouth and pleasant end. Best served with white meat, pasta dishes and cheese. Ideal temperature: 14 - 18°C

Aresti Mystique Mystery One Reserva Red Blend (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes in this Red Blend were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature conditions between 25 and 27°C to preserve the freshness, smoothness and intensity of aromas. Following fermentation, 50% of the blend was aged in third fill or older French and American oak barrels for six months and the remainder was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruity aromas.

Aresti Mystique Mystery Two Reserva Carignan (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Full-bodied with firm tannins, it boasts a long, persistent finish with echoes of chocolate and coffee.

Aresti Trisquel Gran Reserva Assemblage 4 Pack (75 cl), €35.00

Origin: Cabernet sauvignon, Syrah and petit Verdot make up this assemblage from the Curicó valley. Through the different vine stocks we were able to obtain complimentary characteristics to achieve a mature and concentrated wine of solid character. Winemaking: The whole harvest is handpicked between March and April of each year, once each variety ripens under the optimum conditions. Grapes are first brought to fermentation tanks and then to American and French oak barrels to attain maturity and complexity. The aging period that lasts between 8 and 12 months, depending on the variety, and followed by the blending process. Tasting Notes: This wine presents an intense, dark ruby red color. On the nose, it is complex showing fruity notes to plums and blackberries with flowery aromas combine with mocha and coffee hints from the barrel aging. Sweet and juicy in the mouth, it has nice structure and soft, ripe tannins.

Winemaker's Notes: A deep plum red Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of red fruit, cassis, black plums, and soft spices, together with a fruity structured palate. Food Pairing: This is the perfect wine to serve with strong cheeses, hearty stews and grilled cuts of beef.

Winemaker's Notes: A dark plum red Merlot with blackberry, chocolate and lightly toasted oak aromas together with a ripe, fruity palate.

In Situ Reserva is crafted from grapes that ripen on our steep slopes alongside mysterious rock drawings from ages past. Here, sunshine and cooling breezes combine to create these complex and elegant wines. This wine is filled with juicy black currants and notes of subtle vanilla. A well-balanced wine with smooth, soft tannins and a fruity finish. An easy drinking wine for grilled red meat or chicken and cheeses alike.
