I grew up with my grandparents in Shenyang City in China. They were your typical grandparents, warm, loving, caring and always making sure there was hot food on the table. Dumplings, also known as Gyoza, are one of the most popular dishes in China and my grandparents taught me their special dumpling recipes which have been in the family for generations. So I was very proud when they trusted me to cook these delicious dumplings for them. Dumplings are a sharing dish and this is why I am delighted to be able to share these special recipes with you.
