15ml Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice

Method

  1. In a shaker, combine 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 15ml Triple Sec, 10ml sugar syrup, 15ml lemon juice, and 1 egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Method

  • Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan or microwave-safe container.
  • Heat gently and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
