Beaujolais Villages Andre Goichot

A lovely very soft easy drinking classic French red. Made from the Gamay grape, unique to the Beaujolais region. Dry in style with delicate red berry fruits and a nice soft warm earthiness. Can even be served chilled and can be enjoyed with all but the very heaviest powerful red or white dishes.
Maison André Goichot was founded in 1947 by André-Marcel Goichot. After studying oenology, André-Marie Goichot, the present owner, joined his father in 1982. Today André works together with his sister Martine and his son Arnauld, in their new winery in Beaune, to ensure the future of this small family owned company.
