50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
25ml Passionfruit Liqueur
15ml Vanilla Syrup
35ml Passionfruit Juice
½ Fresh Passionfruit

- 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
- 25ml Passionfruit Liqueur
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 35ml Passionfruit Juice
- ½ Fresh Passionfruit
Method
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Add 50ml Smirnoff Vodka to the shaker.
- Add 15ml vanilla syrup.
- Add 35ml passionfruit juice.
- Add 25ml passionfruit liqueur. As a subsitute to passion fruit liqeur, you could use the juice of a fresh passion fruit, strained and mixed with water & sugar.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a martini cocktail glass.
- Garnish with ½ a passionfruit & enjoy!
