Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne (75 cl), €55.00

Our signature cuvée, Taittinger Brut Réserve, is assembled from more than 35 crus and incorporates 40% Chardonnay - this high proportion is seldom offered in a non-vintage Champagne lending finesse, elegance and freshness to the wine. Distinguished by a delicate nose marked by subtle brioche notes, it has a palate of considerable depth and balance with hints of honey and fresh fruit.

Third Generation Shiraz Rose (75 cl), €10.00

Pristine fruit from premium vineyards is used to make this great Australian Shiraz Rosé. This appealing fruit driven style, displays vibrant aromas of watermelon and pomegranate that lead to a textural and refined palate with a refreshing, crisp finish.

Torres Purgator (75 cl), €30.00

In 1770, a group of monks broke the rules of their Order and was exiled to this harsh, rugged region to carry out penance. They soon discovered that the area was perfect for winegrowing and set out to make a wine that would return them to heaven's good graces. They succeeded, or so it seemed. Every year wine inexplicable vanished from the barrels, leaving them half empty. The monks believed that this was how the angels made them pay for their sins. We have now brought back these old Mediterranean varieties to produce Purgatori, which recalls the legend of the angels' wine.

Trivento Private Reserve Malbec (75 cl), €15.00

From the high altitudes of Mendoza's Uco Valley at the foothills of the Andes, Trivento Private Reserve Malbec is aged for 8 months in in oak barrels, transforming the wine to a deep red colour, with nutmeg and black pepper aromas, married with chocolate notes that evolve into a fresh, long finish.

Along the southern coast of Africa, two mighty oceans meet, the warm Indian Ocean & the cold Atlantic Ocean. This is where the cool sea breezes and the warm African soil harmoniously come together, slowing the ripening of the grapes to deliver a range of crisp and fresh wines with a distinctive flavour.

Vacqueyras Remy Ferbras (75 cl), €20.00

This Vacqueyras comes from a selection of the most characteristic soils of Vacqueyras sandstone limestone. Deep brilliant red colour, intense and complex aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and leather, with hints of roasted notes. To be served with roast lamb, game and casseroles. Also perfect with mature cheese. To be serve at room temperature.

Vignobles La Baume Picpoul De Pinet (75 cl), €14.00

Anchored in the heart of Languedoc-Roussil-lon in the South of France, Maison la Baume creates this exceptional wine, fruit of passion and ancestral know-how. This crystal clear with green highlights wine offers a soft and delicate nose with pleasant hints of acacia and hawthorn blossom. Delicate and fresh on the palate, it has a fine balance between acidity and structure. Enjoy alongside seafood, traditional Mediterranean dishes, as well as rich cheeses, delicatessen and chocolate.

Willow Hill Chardonnay (75 cl), €7.99

The Chardonnay grapes are harvested early in the morning while they are still cool. This Chardonnay is in its purest form, unoaked and allowed to express itself as the classic grape it is. The result is a full-bodied wine with aromas of rich tropical fruit. The palate is lively and round with fresh apple, citrus and pear flavours in abundance, giving a crisp medium dry finish. Great all around wine, superb on its own or perfect with creamy pasta dishes. Serve well chilled as an aperitif. Enjoy.

Willow Hill Shiraz Cabernet (75 cl), €8.59

The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested from the best slopes in the vineyards. They then undergo temperature controlled fermentation to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine, once fermented spends some time in oak barrels to add complexity and character to the final wine. The result is a rich full bodied wine with aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and round with ripe soft tannins, autumnal fruit, cassis and spicy oak. This is a great all round wine, superb on it own and a great match for traditional roast, tomato based pasta dishes and steak. Enjoy!
