Muscadet Sevre et Maine Le Canotier (75 cl), €10.00

Foucher Lebrun has selected for you this Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine. Through careful selection, vinification and adeing of their wines, they strive to convey the true terroir of each appellation in the Loire Valley. In this Muscadet they have achieved truly remarkable quality - it has balance and delineation and while its light, fresh, mineral style means it is delicious to drink on its own, it is also perfect with shellfish, particularly oysters.

Neil Joubert Estate Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.00

Tasting Notes: This wine is citrus-forward with undertones of biscotti and nuts. On the palate the acidity is surprisingly racy, but a subtle sweetness prevents it from being overpowering. The flavors are primarily fruity with hints of sweet oak flavors. A layered wine with a crisp finish. 15% Matured in New French Oak barrels for 6 months.

Neil Joubert Estate Wine Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.00

Winemaking The grapes were harvested in three tiers, each at different sugar levels to add complexity to the final blend. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact. Cold- stabilized, fined and filtered prior to bottling. Tasting Notes Bursting with exotic aromas of white peach, passion fruit, yellow citrus, orange blossoms and green pepper. The palate shows lovely fruit concentration, with a delicate texture and a lifting acidity. Pure, focused, elegant and fresh, with lingering notes of guava and citrus fruits on the lengthy, dry finish.

Nugan Estate Alcira Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €13.99

This rich and soft Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the classic Coonawarra region in South Australia. After fermentation, the wine was matured in new and one year old French oak for 16 months before bottling. As is typical of this signature variety, aromas of cassis, mint and eucalypt followed by a long and complex palate of ripe cassis, mint and rich chocolate with velvety tannins.

Nugan Estate Alfredo Second Pass Shiraz (75 cl), €12.00

This Second Pass Shiraz is sourced from our family's premium vineyards in Australia. After fermentation, the wine was pressed onto the pomace and yeast less of our premium "Alfredo" Dry Grape Shiraz adding to the wines' intensity. Thereafter, the wine was matured in French and American oak for 12 months resulting in a wine of concentration and quality. Attractive aromas of rhubarb and cherry with tobacco, dark chocolate and earth are followed by long and complex palate of ripe raspberries and blueberries with dark chocolate and velvety tannins.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.99

Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Nugan Estate Dreamer's Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.99

Daren Owers, our winemakers, does not enjoy big buttery, oaky chards so we pick our fruit at night to preserve the crisp and bright aromatics and flavors which are present when the fruit is cooler. After the destemming process, we press and ferment the fruit in stainless steel tanks. After the initial alcoholic fermentation we leave the yeast in contact with the juice for 6-8 weeks, stirring every day to build the middle palate texture of the wine. The oak treatment is minimal with this wine and it's all two and three year old barrels, so you can be sure it's crisp and fresh. The critics and our customers have responded well to this approach and we intend to keep it that way. Our mates reckon it's a real summer 'porch punder'! Nugan Estate King Valley Chardonnay (75 cl), €13.99

This Chardonnay is sourced from our Frasca's Lane Vineyard in Victoria's cool climate King Valley. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels - where the wine remains for a further 14 months before bottling. The result is a long, complex wine displaying elegant peach, nut and biscuity notes perfectly balanced with crisp acidity.

Nugan Estate McLaren Vale Shiraz (75 cl), €13.99

The McLaren Vale region in South Australia is renowned for its Shiraz and this wine is no exception. After fermentation, the wine was matured for 12 months in new and seasoned French and American oak, creating a rich and full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and concentration of juicy plum melded with chocolate, black pepper and earth.

Nugan Estate Single Vineyard Zinfandel (75 cl), €13.99

Single Vineyard Zinfandel Mclaren Vale - 2020 This Single Vineyard Zinfandel has been sourced from the renowned red wine region of McLaren Vale, South Australia. It has been hand crafted as a robust red wine of intense concentration and depth. Rich aromas of glace cherry, red currant and bramble entice the nose followed by a rich and concentrated palate of liqueur plum, candied red fruits, all spice and pepper layered with persistent fine tannins and well integrated oak.

Nugan Estate Stomper's Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €12.99

Our cabernet vineyard requires more work than the shiraz and it's become a favorite for the birds as the bunches ripen. Stomper has his hands full indeed. We work hard to stress the soils and slow down the ripening of the cab because it helps achieve the flavors we like so much. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons our cabernet is the best in the region and praises Stomper for the work he does in the vineyard. Our fruit is destemmed and pressed before going through a lengthy cold soaking. After fermentation, we macerate on the skins for about 10 days to extract soft tannins and deep, rich flavors. There's never any short cuts on the barrel program and this wine sees only French oak, of which 25% is new. Since there are several different parcels on the vineyard and they're kept separate throughout the entire process, putting the final blend together takes several days and is a major team effort. Were really proud of this and hope you like it. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Pablo Old Vine Garnacha (75 cl), €8.99

The gnarly old bush vines that bear the precious fruit that go to make this delicious wine were planted up to 100 years ago in the mountain vineyards of Atea. Struggling to survive in dusty, dry slate soils at an altitude of 1000 metres they have the ability to produce this amazing wine: deep blue-purple colour. Lifted perfumed aromas of flowers and fresh blueberry. Lush blackberry and cherry flavours cram the mid palate with an underlying spicy pepperiness. Nice expression and great persistence that reminds you a lively wine.

Made from grapes grown in the premium wine producing region of South Eastern Australia. This wine has balanced delicate fruit and intense flavour. The Merlot fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. Intense, lifted aromas of plum and cherry entwined with hints of spice, herbs and dark chocolate. On the palate, attractive and complex red berry flavours combine with rich, silky tannins on the finish.

Pata Negra Reserva Red Wine - Do Ribera Del Duero (75 cl), €12.00

From the warmest and oldest hills of our vineyards we have selected the best estates to harvest Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grapes at their optimal point of ripeness, which will provide this wine with complexity and balance. We have recovered our estate's historical 12th century caves, as a witness of vineyard and wine art for generations. An ageing process of 24 months in American and French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle help this wine blossom and conquer the most demanding palates. Natural sediments may appear over time because of its natural elaboration process and ageing in barrel and bottle.
