120ml milk of your choosing
120ml plain Greek yoghurt
3g Chia seeds
140g mixed berries and fruit
Handful of mixed nuts
1 Tablespoon honey

  • 40g quick or old-fashioned oats
  • 120ml milk of your choosing
  • 120ml plain Greek yoghurt
  • 3g chia seeds
  • 140g mixed berries and fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana)
  • A handful of mixed nuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Add the oats to your jar or container and pour in the milk.
  2. Spoon the yoghurt on top, then sprinkle over the chia seeds.
  3. Finish with the mixed fruit and a handful of crushed nuts.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy cold:

This is the classic way to serve overnight oats. The oats soften beautifully in the fridge, just give them a stir, drizzle with honey and dig in.

Prefer them warm?

Warm the oats in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring halfway, or gently heat on the hob with a splash of extra milk. Add your fruit, honey and nuts after warming for the best texture.
