A beautiful cabernet sauvignon in the classic style. The nose has fruit aromas with some notes of cassis and spices. Alterra wines harness the intensity and flavours of Andes Mountain grapes, producing distinctive wines with varietal characteristics and superb ripeness. Rich texture with ripe cherry and berry aromas, and subtle smoky tones. Rounded in oak for 6 months, this wine has soft and integrated tannins and a pleasant finish marked by red fruits. Natural spring water from the magnificent Andes Mountains flows through the valley to our vineyard, where ''Altitude'' and ''Terroir'' combine to create Alterra sun-filled wines.

In Situ Reserva is crafted from grapes that ripen on our steep slopes alongside mysterious rock drawings from ages past. Here, sunshine and cooling breezes combine to create these complex and elegant wines. This wine is brimming with plumy fruit and liquorice with hints of chocolate and spice. Balanced and concentrated with a round, elegant finish. A stylish wine that will add class to spicy Indian fare or chili con carne.

Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Bright ruby colour with intense aromas of red and black fruits. Cherries, blackberries and plums are present with a slight touch of spices and a lingering fruit finish.

Our 120 Malbec is intense purplish-red in color, it has rich aromas such as cherries, plums, grenadine, and blueberries, along with violets, dried plums, and walnuts. A well-balanced wine that culminates in a smooth, lingering finish.

Aresti Mystique Mystery One Reserva Red Blend (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes in this Red Blend were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature conditions between 25 and 27°C to preserve the freshness, smoothness and intensity of aromas. Following fermentation, 50% of the blend was aged in third fill or older French and American oak barrels for six months and the remainder was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruity aromas.

Aresti Mystique Mystery Two Reserva Carignan (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Full-bodied with firm tannins, it boasts a long, persistent finish with echoes of chocolate and coffee.
