Fleurie The most famous of all Beaujolais Villages. Made from the same Gamay grape as classic Beujolais but Fleurie is a heavier more powerful red. The same red berry fruits are evident, but now with some added complexity of darker fruits, pepper and Christmas spices make for a lovely, easy drinking but powerful red wine. Great with hard and soft cheeses and classic roasts, be it red or white meat.

Lovely soft light style of Chardonnay with apple blossom and white stone fruits on dry but not too sharp finish. Should be served well chilled. This is an ideal aperitif. It also makes a great match for fish and seafood dishes as well as goat's cheese.

A liquid ode to our past, 19 Crimes is inspired by those who, beginning in 1788, were transported to Australia for a life of hard labour. Many did not survive the journey. In northern Burgundy, near Auxerre, there is a vineyard of around 100 ha planted with Sauvignon grapes. Saint-Bris is the only appellation in Burgundy with this grape variety, which produces an aromatic wine with notes of grapefruit and citrus, and flinty notes on the palate.
