Covides Viñedos y Bodegas offers you this Cava Brut made using the traditional method: a thorough selection of the best grapes, a careful blending process, secondary fermentation and subsequent ageing in our cellars at Sant Sadurní d' Anoia. Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles rising to form a lasting crown; intensely fruity, on the palate it is classic Cava - fresh, well balance, with a very pleasant biscuity aftertaste.

This Cava is produced using traditional techniques, by means of a second fermentation which takes place in the bottle. Proceeding from the combination of wines from traditional white varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada. Pale yellow colour with green hues. Bright with abundant small bubbles. Good aromatic intensity. Clean, fresh and fruity. Silky on entry, vivacious and balanced. This cava can be enjoyed with all types of food.
