Made on our farm in Drimoleague, West Cork, this yoghurt is made with a few simple ingredients and gut friendly bacteria. Both yoghurt and sauerkraut are fermented foods rich in good bacteria, we prefer yoghurt! Alan & Valerie Kimpton It is made up of the naturally occurring milk sugar called lactose, the naturally occurring fruit sugar called fructose and the minimum of added sugar. With fresh, wholesome milk from West Cork and recipes devised down on the farm, we launched our first products at a local farmers market. And less proved to be more, with our blend of simplicity and authentic farmhouse taste satisfying the appetites of everyone who values good food, thoughtfully prepared. That was then, this is now. And we're still doing what comes naturally. From our farmhouse recipes, carefully sourced ingredients and reusable glass jars to our use of solar power and recycled rainwater, we're not only committed to sustainability and social responsibility, we're also committed to delivering food that's uncomplicated and full of goodness; Food made with a conscience behind it.
