The Gordon's distillery was established in 1769 by Alexander Gordon as he set out on a mission to produce a gloriously tasting gin worthy of carrying his family name. Gordon believed that success lay in the elegant combination of pure distilled grain spirit and rich botanicals. Inspired by recipes from the 1880's, award-winning Gordon's Premium Pink is crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon's with the sweetness of raspberries and the tang of redcurrant. Made using only the highest quality ingredients and only natural flavourings to provide delicious tasting berry flavour. To enjoy a perfectly mixed Gordon's Premium Pink and Tonic, fill a large copa glass with ice, add 50ml Gordon's Premium Pink, top with 150ml tonic and garnish with plenty of juicy strawberries.
Dingle Gin Tube (70 cl), €39.00
Located on the fringe of Europe, Dingle enjoys a pristine environment like no other. Buffeted by winds from the Atlantic Ocean, the air is fresh, just like our Gin. Using our own hand beaten copper still, fondly known as Oisín, spirit vapour passes through our flavour basket to capture the unique character of nine traditional and locally grown & harvested juniper, fuschia, bog myrtle heater, chervil, hawthorn, angelica and coriander. The resulting distillate is cut with pure water drawn from our well 240 feet below our distillery. Each bottle is then hand filled and numbered by batch. Locally grown and harvested botanical include: Rowan Berry, Juniper, Fuschia, Bog Myrtle, Heather, Chervil, Hawthorn, Angelica, Coriander Tasting notes: You are greeted with a beautiful floral aroma on the nose followed by a warmth from the juniper berries. The meadowsweet in our gin is locally sourced and foraged once a year locally to the distillery in Drumshanbo. Come alive with the seasons of Japan with every sip of Roku gin. In Japan, Roku means "the number six", and each bottle is infused with six unique Japanese botanicals that ripen throughout the year.
