- 1 Yellow pepper

- 1L Water
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 2 Pinches chilli flakes

Method
- Prepare the pasta: place the uncooked spaghetti into a large ovenproof dish.
- Add the vegetables: add the cherry tomatoes, chopped courgette and chopped yellow pepper to the dish, arranging them around the pasta.
- Add feta and seasonings: place the block of feta in the centre of the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and chilli flakes.
- Add the water: pour 1 litre of water into the dish to help cook the pasta as it bakes.
- Prepare the garlic: slice the top off the whole head of garlic. Place it into a ramekin and coat with olive oil.
- Bake: place both the pasta dish and garlic ramekin into a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Mix and serve: squeeze the soft, cooked garlic cloves out of their skins and add them to the pasta dish. Stir everything together until the feta becomes creamy and coats the pasta. Finish with fresh basil before serving.
