Guinness Brown Bread
A traditional Irish brown bread made with hearty wholemeal flour, rolled oats and a touch of light brown sugar for gentle sweetness. Guinness stout and tangy buttermilk create a rich depth of flavour while keeping the crumb soft and moist. Finished with a sprinkle of oats on top and baked to a golden crust, this wholesome loaf has a deep, malty character and a beautifully rustic texture. Perfect served warm with butter, alongside soups and chowders, or as part of a classic Irish breakfast.
