Rice Krispie Nests

200g Marshmallows
150g Rice Cereal
300g Mini Eggs

- 60g butter
- 200g marshmallows
- 150g rice cereal
- 300g mini eggs
Method
- Lightly grease a 12-hole bun tin and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the marshmallows. Stir until fully melted.
- Add the rice cereal gradually, folding gently until all the cereal is evenly coated.
- Spoon generous portions of the mixture into the muffin tin.
- Add mini eggs on top of each nest, pressing them in slightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
