Preparation method: 1. Empty contents of the sachet into saucepan. Gradually add 500ml of cold water, stirring constantly. 2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, partially cover & simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Serve & enjoy! Chefs tip Hearty Potato & Bacon Quiche: Mix one packet of our Potato & Bacon soup with 4 eggs and 500ml of milk. Pour into a pastry base along with cooked bacon pieces.
