Puff Pastry Mini Cheese Bites

Ingredients
1 sheet ready-made puff pastry cut into 12 squares
2 eggs
100ml milk
100ml cream
2tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp chives chopped finely
Zest of ½ lemon
30g Signature Tastes Feta Cheese cut into cubes
Signature Tastes Smoked Salmon Ribbons
60g Signature Tastes French Comte Cheese
8 pear slivers – use a potato peeler to peel thin slivers
4 tsp Signature Tastes apple and plum chutney
Signature Tastes Spanish Charcuterie Platter pieces
20g Signature Tastes Parmigiano Reggiano
4 tsp honey

Ingredients
- 1 Sheet ready-made puff pastry cut into 12 squares
- 2 Eggs
- 100ml Milk
- 100ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Chives chopped finely
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 30g Signature Tastes Feta Cheese cut into cubes
- Signature Tastes Smoked Salmon Ribbons
- 60g Signature Tastes French Comte Cheese
- 8 Pear slivers – use a potato peeler to peel thin slivers
- 4 tsp Signature Range apple and plum chutney
- Signature Tastes Spanish Charcuterie Platter pieces
- 20g Signature Tastes Parmigiano Reggiano
- 4 tsp Honey
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200C, 180C, gas 6
- Combine the eggs, milk, cream, cream cheese, chives, and lemon zest in a bowl
- Brush a bun tray with butter and press the pastry squares into the holes to make a pocket
- Fill the cups with the egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes
- Variations: - Feta cheese and smoked salmon - Comte cheese, pear strips and chutney - Parmigiano Reggiano, cured meat and honey
