Preparation & Usage
Just Add - 3 Large Eggs - 125g Butter/Dairy Free Spread How to Make - Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. - Soften the butter slightly in the microwave. - Add all ingredients, along with the contents of the pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn't go everywhere!) - Carefully spoon the mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking tin, without eating too much raw mixture from the bowl. - Bake between 20-25 mins, depending on the level of squidgeyness you require. - Leave to cool before eating.
Storage Guidelines
Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, it can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
