Full Irish single malt IPA First brewed as a once-off beer for a festival in 2014, our fans loved the full Irish so much we haven't been able to stop producing it since. This single malt IPA showcases the best Irish-grown barley, malted in cork. It's a hoppy fruit bomb with hints of lime, melon and lychee, a biscuity malt base and a rounded bitter-sweet aftertaste. Perfect with barbecued prawns, fish and kebabs.

While climbing Torc Mountain, legendary warrior Fionn Mac Cumhaill was attacked by a magical, ferocious boar. With a single swift blow, Fionn killed the lunging boar in mid-air with his fabled golden spear. This popular and approachable beer exhibits a deep golden colour and is smooth and balanced from the perfect combination of malt and hops. We brew it with a touch of wheat matched with just the right amount of floral hop flavour to create an amazingly thirst-quenching beer.

Killarney - Helles Lager (500 ml), €4.25

Local legend tells of a fierce battle between Thor and the Devil. Thor cast down lightning bolt after lightning bolt upon the Devil, who retaliated by tearing up the earth and hurling it back. The resulting basin filled up with water and became known as the Devil's Punch Bowl. Our classic Munich-style Helles Lager is a pale golden brew with an exceptionally crisp and clean finish. We brew it with the highest quality German ingredients to bring out a delicious malty and honeyed flavour with the perfect touch of noble hop aroma. The Helles Lager beer style is renowned as the 'world's most refreshing beer'.

Our Rustbucket Rye IPA is inspired by an old friend - a real character and independent spirit, but always a faithful companion. This description also fits our friends at An Grianán Theatre for whom we originally developed this special beer.

Lough Swilly's natural and cultural history is captured beautifully in the Irish and English placenames that mark its coastal features. Beneath the Knockalla Hills lies Scraggy Bay, giving us a local maritime name for a style of beer with a great maritime past.
