45ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
25ml dry vermouth
25ml lemon juice
25ml raspberry syrup*
Soda Water
Red grapefruit and mint for garnish
180 ml Hot Water
170 g Raspberries
150 g Sugar

- 45ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 25ml dry vermouth
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml raspberry syrup*
- Soda Water
- Red grapefruit and mint for garnish
- (Makes 1 serving)
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, vermouth, and raspberry syrup.
- Shake well and strain into the glass over the ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with red grapefruit and mint.
Raspberry Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir over heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a medium jar, lightly crush raspberries.
- Pour some syrup over the raspberries in the jar.
- Seal the jar and steep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Strain the syrup with a fine mesh strainer once steeping is complete.
