Made from grapes grown in the premium wine producing region of South Eastern Australia. This wine has balanced delicate fruit and intense flavour. The Merlot fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. Intense, lifted aromas of plum and cherry entwined with hints of spice, herbs and dark chocolate. Nugan Estate Alfredo Dried Grape Shiraz (75 cl), €13.99

Our Dried Grape Shiraz is sourced from premium premium vineyards in the Riverina and McLaren Vale. Once harvested, a parcel of this Shiraz was dried on specialized racks to create flavour intensity and concentration. After fermentation, the wine matured in American and French oak for 18 months, resulting in a hand-crafted wine of quality. Attractive aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth, and peppercorn notes, followed by a long and complex palate of black cherry and savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins.
