Can I still use vouchers manually or do I need Real Rewards always?
You may still input vouchers and coupons manually into your order. We still recommend all shoppers to make the most of the savings available by having a Real Rewards account linked to your online shopping account.I've tried to apply my vouchers manually but the discount doesn't work. What should I do?
- Firstly, check that you have applied the correct voucher/coupon code.
- Check that your voucher/coupon is valid for the day you receive your order.
- Check that you have met the minimum spend for the voucher (or do not have other vouchers applied)

- Note: Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Alcohol, Tobacco, Medicines & Baby Formula.
