Eden Lodge Reserve Collection Shiraz (75 cl), €17.29

Paarl is renowned for its scenic beauty, viticulture and fruit growing. Situated 60km north east of Capetown, it is an extremely important wine region in South Africa. Paarl enjoys a warm climate with a Mediterranean influence and has a mix of sandy, granite and shale soils. These factors coupled with the aspect of the Simonsberg Mountain provide great growing conditions for the Shiraz grape. This results in wines of great individuality and character. Our Eden Lodge Paarl Shiraz is full and powerful packed with rich blackberry flavours along with spice, plum and eucalyptus. A wonderful acompliment to hearty beef dishes.

Niel Joubert Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.59

Niel Joubert Cabernet Sauvignon has ripe berry fruit on the nose with hints of pepper and spice. Round and smooth across the palate with a good balance of autumnal fruit, spice and hints of chocolate. A well-balanced wine with a long finish. A great match for steak, stews and pasta dishes but just as good on its own! Niel Joubert

Willow Hill Shiraz Cabernet (75 cl), €8.59

The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested from the best slopes in the vineyards. They then undergo temperature controlled fermentation to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine, once fermented spends some time in oak barrels to add complexity and character to the final wine. The result is a rich full bodied wine with aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and round with ripe soft tannins, autumnal fruit, cassis and spicy oak. This is a great all round wine, superb on it own and a great match for traditional roast, tomato based pasta dishes and steak. Enjoy!

The Niel Joubert Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is a delicious wine reflecting the fine art of blending. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz compliment each other in a full fruity wine, rich berry aromas and elegance. An ideal accompaniment which can be enjoyed with pasta or Beef dishes but just as good on its own!
