Why am I being charged more than the trolley total? We pre-approve your card to ensure it is valid and will seek to authenticate (but not charge) 115% from your bank to cover your shop.

This is due to the EU Payment Services Directive.

You are not charged until your delivery/collection date, after your order has been picked in-store.
How can I add/change my card details? You can do so in the checkout under the Payment & Place Order section. Note: If you choose Collection you need to enter a billing address before entering your card details.

I got an error message while paying for my order. What should I do? This can happen for a number of reasons:
  1. You are using Chrome browser on an iOS or Mac device. We are currently experiencing issues with this combination of browser and OS. Please try a different browser.
  2. You are using an EBS bank card. We are currently unable to process transactions with EBS bank. Please try another card.
  3. You are using a disposable virtual Revolut card. We are currently unable to process transactions from Revolut temporary cards. Please try another card.
  4. There is an error with your banks 3DS system. If you are not affected by the first 2 causes, please contact your bank.
Why am I unable to Pay and Place Order? This can happen if you have not yet selected or added a billing address.

During checkout, under 'Pay and Place Order', please ensure you have added a billing address.
