Simple Fast Oats

- 220g porridge oats
- milk, nut milk or water – enough to cover the oats
- banana, yogurt and honey
- yogurt and cinnamon
- yogurt, berries, milled seeds or nuts
1. Place the porridge oats in a large heat proof bowl and pour in enough water or milk to just cover the oats. Cook in the microwave for 40 seconds, remove, stir and replace for a further 15/20 seconds. All microwaves vary so keep an eye on the oats.
2. Remove from the microwave and add your preferred toppings. Serve straight away.
