The Genuine Irish Brown Bread This bread is made from a traditional Irish recipe used in our family for generations. We use only the finest ingredients, especially the stone-ground wholemeal flour with its retained wheatgerm. We do not use any additives, colourings or flavourings so our bread is natural and holds its 'nutty' flavour. We hope you enjoy it.
