Flahavan's Porridge Progress Oatlets
Quality Irish

Details

Oats are a source of wholegrain goodness that are high in fibre and naturally low in sugar, salt and saturated fat. Oats are also a source of protein and iron.

From Our Family to Yours Flahavan's have been milling quality oats at the family mill beside the River Mahon in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford for over 200 years. Our unique milling process cooks the oats twice which gives Flahavan's Progress Oatlets their distinctive texture and taste. A Healthy Breakfast As an independent Irish family business, we believe that a great day starts with the wholegrain goodness of a bowl of porridge. Delicious with just milk or water (or a mixture of both) and with your own toppings, you will be enjoying all the creamy wholesome taste you can expect from a Flahavan's breakfast. Finest Quality Oats As a Waterford company, we take pride in sourcing our oats from local growers. At harvest time, we carefully select only the finest quality wholegrain oats, drying and storing them for the year ahead. We are proud of our Progress Oatlets and we hope you enjoy them too. John Flahavan
