Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

1. 400g dark chocolate

2. 400g white chocolate

3. 50g SuperValu Mini Marshmallows ​

4. 100g salted pretzels ​

5. A few drops of peppermint extract

6. 4 candy canes, smashed

7. 50g dried cranberries

Directions

1. Place the candy canes and pretzels in a ziplock bag and smash them into little chunks with a rolling pin.

2. Melt the dark chocolate and then spread it in an even layer on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Chill until solid.

3. Melt the white chocolate and add the peppermint extract. Remove the dark chocolate from the fridge and pour over the white chocolate.

4. Sprinkle over the smashed candy canes and pretzels, then add the marshmallows and dried cranberries. Chill again until solid. Break into pieces to enjoy as a small treat.
