Lemon Sticky Chicken Chip Salad with Gorge Us Rustic Cut Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Fillets seasoned with Salt and Pepper
  • 100-150g Unislim Gorge Us Rustic Cut Chips

  • Marinade for the Chicken

  • Lemon zest of ½ Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Small squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl

    2. Heat your oven to 180oC.

    3. Place the chicken fillets in an oven-proof dish and pour over the marinade. Leave to marinade for 15 minutes in the fridge.

    4. Cook the marinaded chicken fillets at 180oC for 30 minutes until fully cooked.

    5. Meanwhile add the portion of Gorge Us Rustic Cut Chips to a separate baking tray.

    6. To jazz up your chips add a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crisp & golden.

    7. When both are cooked, slice your lemon chicken fillets & arrange them on a generous bed of salad. Drizzle your salad with balsamic vinegar. Place your chips around your salad. Enjoy!
