Manage Your Orders Anywhere

We are happy to accept changes to your online order at any time up to midnight the night before your delivery or collection time. From your Previous Orders page, click on the most recent order to add or remove items, change your delivery or collection slot, apply online or discount vouchers, or cancel your order.
Top Tip: To make your weekly shop even easier, select your last order and, on the right-hand side, click Add all to trolley. This will duplicate the order and create a new shopping basket for you in just one click!

How to Use Your Online Vouchers

Every now and then we like to recognise the value of our loyal SuperValu customers with a range of Online Benefits Vouchers. All of our customers are important to us, so be sure to check your My Account page and verify your Preferred Contact Methods settings. To receive online shopping vouchers, choose between the Email, SMS and Post options.
Top Tip: To save even more as you shop, combine your online vouchers with other SuperValu discount vouchers. Just remember, to apply multiple vouchers on the same transaction, you must meet the total combined minimum spend for each voucher. On the Checkout screen, enter the Voucher Code details to redeem your offers.

Once we have your online order, our Personal Shoppers will choose only the freshest products to meet your requirements. If you like your steak cut thicker or your bananas a little greener, include a note on our Trolley screen (before the Checkout), and receive exactly what you are looking for.
From time to time, your local store may not have the specific item you have ordered from us so your Personal Shopper will substitute it with the next best thing - just as you would if you are were shopping in-store. If you would prefer not to have an item substituted by a similar alternative, simply tick the Don’t Substitute box on the Trolley screen and our team will follow your guidance.

My Usuals

Time is precious and you can save time on your weekly shop by using the My Usuals page. Register your active Real Rewards number with your SuperValu account and all your preferred products will be listed together under the My Usuals menu. From there, scroll through all of your options and add each item as you need it.
Top Tip: If you still don’t have a Real Rewards card, you will receive one with your first online shop with us!
